Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled online or over the phone with the office. The student must be able to communicate in the language the instructor speaks. If the student cannot communicate with the instructor, the student will be returned home and the lesson is non-refundable. Interpreters are not allowed to ride along.

Cancellations

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment to avoid a stand-up fee of $80.00 (or half of the cost of your appointment). You may call our office and speak to staff or leave a message to cancel. Canceling an appointment does not automatically refund your payment. Please call the Delta School of Driving to request a refund.

Driving lessons

Students will not be accompanied by a friend or family member for the lesson.

the student must have in their possession at the time of pick up: The current permit that was received at the DMV (not a copy or photo), corrective lenses (if required), and cash payment (unless prepaid). Instructors do not have change.

Our company uses the popular industry piggyback system. This means that at the end of one student's lesson, we will pick up the next student before dropping off the first. If the next student has no driving experience, the instructor may conduct a demonstration drive back to the first student's drop-off location. After the drop off of the previous student the lesson will be completely private.

While not required, tips and positive reviews on Google or Yelp are always appreciated by the instructors.
