Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled online or over the phone with the office.

Cancellations

Driving Lessons & Appointments

  • Appointments are to be cancelled over the phone with the office, during office hours, at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. They may also be cancelled online. Monday appointments must be cancelled the Friday before, during business hours. Failure to give the required notice will result in a 50% stand-up fee.
  • Appointment reminders will be sent via email if your email is provided. Twenty-four hour notice for a student to cancel is a requirement.
  • Students cannot be accompanied by a family member for their lesson.
  • There may be another student in the vehicle when your student is picked up for their lesson. This student has just completed their instruction and will be returned home. Your student will then continue on with the instructor. This gives students extra time to observe and learn.
  • If your student has a preference between a male or female instructor this request must be made at the time of scheduling.
  • If the student is not feeling well, has a runny nose, is coughing/sneezing or even suspects that they are coming down with an illness of any kind we will be unable to take them for the appointment and the parent/student will need to call our office before scheduled appointment to reschedule.
  • It is our desire to keep both your student and our instructor safe and well.
  • The student must have the original California instruction permit (Provisional License) received from the DMV, copies are not accepted. If the instructor goes to pick up the student and the student does not present the required items (current permit, cash and corrective lenses, if required) there will be a 50% stand up fee collected and the student will not be able to complete the scheduled lesson.

Driver Education (In-Classroom)

  • Enrollment is non-refundable
  • Make-up classes are subject to $40 fee per day.
