(15-17 year olds) DMV-approved Driver Education classes.
This session consists of thirty hours (50-minute sessions) of classroom instruction required by the California Department of Motor Vehicles for minors to receive their provisional permit.
In-class driver education takes place at our office at:
- The Delta School of Driving

Notes about the class
- Lunch: Kids walk to an eating establishment nearby so they will want to bring lunch money or lunch to eat on the premises.
- Attendance: The student must attend every class session in order to receive the required completion certificate, no exceptions.
- Materials: The student will need to bring a spiral notebook, pen and highlighter to class.
- Make-up classes: Subject to $40 fee per day.
Parents please ask your student for the Steps-to-Driving information letter that will be given out on the first day of class.
