A permit being held by a minor under the age of 17 ½ years-old cannot practice driving
with anyone until the permit is signed by one of our licensed instructors. Once the
instructor signs the permit you can practice with a California licensed driver aged 25
years or older. The permit will be signed on the first lesson.
There are two ways that you can choose to schedule with us.
Online scheduling:
- You can log into our website, www.deltaschoolofdriving.com
- Click on “Schedule now”
- Choose the service that you desire. (Teen Driver Training, or If you are 18 or
older Adult Driver Training). - Click “Get Started”.
- Skip apply coupon. Fill in all information requested.
- Carefully read the “Terms of Service”.
- Continue to payment.
Once you complete the payment you will receive an email with a link to schedule.
You may call our office to check availability before paying, if you wish. We usually
have openings within 2 weeks or sooner.
Scheduling by phone:
- Call our office (209)478-9844
- Have your permit information ready
- Provide student phone #, e-mail address and home address
- Provide parent phone # and e-mail address
Always leave a message if we do not answer. We will return your call as soon as
possible.
If you wish to pay cash to the instructor when you are picked up for your session you
will need to schedule over the phone with the office. If you choose to pay credit
card, after scheduling over the phone, you may do so online by going to your
account that you set up on our website or by going to www.drivescout.com
It is best to type our website into your computer address bar instead of clicking on a
google link.
As a minor you want to space your lessons out over 6 months to a year and practice
with your parents in between the lessons.
